Accounting tool
Craft11 and an accounting tool
One runs the working day up to the invoice. The other keeps the books and the tax.
The difference
Craft11 is one place for the working day of a small company: clients, offers, jobs and invoices, shaped to its trade, with connected apps for the specialist work.
An accounting tool keeps the books and the tax.
Choose an accounting tool for this
- You need bookkeeping, tax returns, payroll or year-end reports.
- Your accountant already works in that tool.
- You only need to issue invoices, and nothing else is scattered.
Craft11 is built for this
- Offers and jobs get lost between email and spreadsheets.
- You want the job to lead to its invoice.
- You want one place for the team's working day.
These lines describe the job Craft11 is built to do. They are not a claim that this is already running in production.
You can use both
Many companies keep the accountant's tool and still run the day in Craft11. Ask how an invoice can reach that tool. E-invoices are coming: Craft11 prepares the file, and a provider you choose sends it. Craft11 is not an e-invoicing provider.
